About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract Clinical Operations Manager to join our team in Philadelphia. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of clinical trials, ensuring they are conducted efficiently and in compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of assigned clinical trials, from study start-up to close-out

  • Develop and implement clinical trial budgets and timelines

  • Manage and mentor clinical research associates (CRAs)

  • Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to ICH-GCP guidelines

  • Facilitate communication between investigators, sponsors, and CROs

  • Monitor trial data quality and ensure timely reporting

  • Identify and mitigate potential risks

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical operations management

  • Proven experience in managing all phases of clinical trials

  • Strong understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
