BioTalent are pleased to be supporting a fast-growing, multinational biotechnology company in search of an Administrative Coordinator to support the company as they expand, grow their presence and move to their new site in Dresden, Germany.

You will be responsible for

  • Provide administrative and project management support, and organise meetings, interviews and onsite visit agendas.

  • Assist in recruiting and onboarding of new employees.

  • Plan and organise team events and assist with travel arrangements.

  • Manage and partner with external service providers.

  • Manage documentation, correspondence, incoming calls and office stock.

  • Develop innovative ideas and improvements to internal workflows and processes.

You will bring the following

  • Apprenticeship (“Kaufmännische Ausbildung”) or degree in business management, or similar.

  • 2+ years of work experience as an assistant/administrator or similar.

  • Ability to communicate effectively in German and English.
