Natasha Veale partners with life sciences consulting firms across the UK, Europe, and the US, specialising in senior-level hiring across Medical Affairs, Commercial Strategy, Market Access, and Business Transformation.

She works closely with consulting leaders to understand their growth priorities and evolving capability needs, taking a long-term, relationship-led approach to executive search. Natasha supports critical hires from Manager through to Partner level, helping firms build high-performing teams that deliver sustained impact for their clients.
