Our global client based in Switzerland is looking for 4 Market Access / Commercialisation consultants to join their global team. Lead late-stage commercialisation strategy for pharmaceutical/biotech products from Phase 4 clinical trials through to market launch, ensuring alignment between clinical, regulatory, market access, and commercial teams to optimize product positioning and market readiness Develop and execute go-to-market plans including pricing strategy, reimbursement pathways, stakeholder engagement, and launch sequencing across multiple markets, while identifying and mitigating risks that could impact successful commercialisation Provide strategic guidance on real-world evidence generation and Phase 4 study design to support market access, payer negotiations, and post-launch lifecycle management, ensuring clinical data translates into compelling value propositions for healthcare providers and payers Collaborate cross-functionally with medical affairs, marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure operational readiness, establish KPIs for launch success, and implement feedback loops for continuous optimization during the critical launch phase and beyond

Our global client is looking for a Medical Affairs / Patient Affairs consultant to join their team on a three month rolling contract working 2 - 2.5 days a week, the role is fully remote and looking to start in October. Develop and execute comprehensive medical and patient affairs strategies across the product lifecycle, including needs assessments, portfolio strategy development, medical education initiatives, and patient access advocacy programs from early asset through late-stage commercialization Lead strategic cross-stakeholder engagement initiatives including advisory boards, KOL engagement, patient councils, and multi-stakeholder workshops to build relationships and gather insights that inform clinical value propositions and patient-centric materials Create and deliver strategic implementation toolkits, publications, clinical value propositions, and patient access advocacy frameworks that support shared decision-making and integrate patient perspectives into commercial strategies Build organizational capabilities through functional strategy development, capability assessments, strategic planning processes, patient affairs academies, and thought leadership projects while establishing dashboards and KPIs to measure medical and patient affairs performance and competency
