Director, Medical Education Business Development BioTalent is partnering with a leading organization in the healthcare education space to identify a Director, Medical Education Business Development . This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced business development professional looking to join a collaborative, entrepreneurial team with strong earning potential and the autonomy to make an impact. Key Responsibilities Drive new business growth while managing and expanding strategic client relationships (approximately 70% new business / 30% account management) Sell medical education solutions to pharmaceutical and life sciences organizations Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key industry stakeholders Represent the organization at conferences and client meetings What We're Looking For 5–7 years of business development experience Background in CME preferred; candidates from Medical Affairs, healthcare advertising, or other adjacent life sciences industries are also encouraged to apply Demonstrated success generating new business and exceeding sales goals Experience selling into pharmaceutical and biotech organizations Oncology experience is a plus, but not required What the Role Offers Entrepreneurial culture with the autonomy to sell to your strengths Established market presence and strong brand recognition Existing accounts provided while continuing to develop new business Remote opportunity (EST/CST preferred) with approximately 20–25% travel Competitive compensation with u ncapped monthly commission If you have a proven track record in healthcare business development and are interested in learning more, we'd love to connect.
