Dr Linda McGoldrick is a global board director, CEO and strategist with a distinguished record of leading healthcare, life sciences and financial services organisations through high-stakes turnarounds, complex transformations and rapid growth. Over a 30+ year career, she has advised CEOs and boards across the UK, US, Europe, China and Southeast Asia, working with organisations ranging from multinational corporations to high-growth startups.
She brings deep expertise in corporate strategy, governance, new venture development and enterprise transformation, with particular strength in navigating complex multi-country environments, alongside recognised policy expertise in clinical and regulatory affairs and digital health. Dr McGoldrick currently serves on the boards of EIR Biopharma, the Institute for Healthcare Improvement and The Royal Society of Medicine.
Dr McGoldrick holds a PhD in Global Health from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from The Wharton School. She is a Fellow of The Royal Society of Arts and The Royal Society of Medicine, and was recognised by The Financial Times as a top 100 Board Director. Dr McGoldrick is a dual national of the United Kingdom and the United States.
