They’re hiring a Supplier Quality Engineer to own supplier performance, drive compliance, and ensure externally sourced materials meet the highest quality and regulatory standards.

The Role

• Lead supplier qualification, audits, and onboarding
• Own supplier performance (KPIs, scorecards, continuous improvement)
• Drive SCARs, root cause analysis, and CAPA effectiveness
• Support supplier-related validation and change control activities
• Partner cross-functionally across Supply Chain, Engineering, and Manufacturing
• Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, and global regulatory standards

What They Need

• Experience in medical device / biopharma quality environments
• Strong knowledge of supplier quality, audits, CAPA, and risk management
• Proven ability to manage supplier performance and drive improvement
• Confident operating in regulated, multi-site supply chains
• Ability to lead audits and influence both internal and external stakeholders
