Senior Research Associate - Process Development

Introduction

Biotalent is collaborating with a global pre-clinical stage biotech company looking to develop next generation engineered t-cell therapies for a wide range of cancers.

As the Senior Research Associate you will support the development of a clinical manufacturing process of engineered T cells with patient-derived neo-antigen specific TCRs. You will also be part of the team responsible for carrying out technologies and participating in tech transfer to the clinical setting.

You will be responsible for

• Execution of process development studies to develop, optimize, scale-up and transfer cGMP manufacturing processes

• Performance of cell cultures of T cells in multiple formats including flasks, bags, and bioreactors

• Prepare and review experimental proposals, technical reports, SOPs and manufacturing batch records.

• Collaborate within the team and work cross functionally to ensure tech op goals are met

You will bring the following

• MS Degree in Immunology, Cell Biology, Molecular biology, Bioengineering or related life science field

• Hands on experience with Flow Cytometry related to cell and gene therapies (specifically in T Cells)

• Knowledge of cGMP manufacturing and regulations

• Understanding of QbD, DOE, and related statistical analysis for Process Development
