I have an excellent opportunity as a Microbiology Supervisor for a global biotechnology company working on an innovative, start-of-the-art manufacturing facility.

You will be responsible for managing the microbiology and laboratory functions to ensure the safety and reliability of products produced in compliance to GMP regulations.

You will be responsible for

• Managing the release of QC tests of finished products, raw materials, and environment

• Providing training in techniques and procedures for microbiological environmental monitoring and water sampling

• Developing and improving the environmental monitoring systems

• Performing and supporting method development, method validation, method transfer and routine testing activities

• Managing quality activities including Deviation / Investigation / CAPAs

• Managing QC staff - Recruitment, coaching, vacation, sickness, one on ones

You will bring the following:

• Microbiology and Environmental Monitoring experience in a regulated pharmaceutical setting

• Supervising or management experience within a GMP regulated environment

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant Life Sciences subject

• French and English speaker
