Digital Business Partner
12-month contract - £330 per day under Umbrella – 2 days onsite with 3 days flexible to remote work

The Role
BioTalent have partnered with a global biopharmaceutical company who are driving forward a digital transformation across the business. They are therefore seeking a technically-savvy and hands-on Digital Business Partner for an initial 12 month contract to play a pivotal role in the delivery and optimisation of the digital assets.

In this position, you will be supporting business units and the digital team in the implementation of the  digital transformation plans, project management, technical specifications, portal and system integration as well as backend data analytics and translation.

The organisation would appreciate your expertise in helping on the technical aspects of building and optimising digital assets such as: websites, customer portals, landing pages, third party and email campaigns as well as other digital apps in line with the overarching business and brand strategies. This involves engaging with the wider team to ensure technical compatibility, data optimisation, content quality and compliance with standards in the creation of such assets, their functionality as well as the security of customer data (web forms, connection to back-end system, tracking and tagging).

This role will also be responsible for optimising AI and machine learning element of advanced analytics engines and CRM.

Key Responsibilities

• Management and roll-out of local digital projects
• Working closely with the business units in proactive identification of potential challenges, blocks and ensuring on-time project deliverables
• Manage project scope and plans, assess and execute change requests for features or functionalities.
• UAT testing
• Manage project communication with internal and external technical teams
• Define project scope and develop Statement of work
• Support DBT head and the Business with local data needs inline with local data strategy. Assist in refinement and translation of technical data generated from digital assets.
• AI and machine learning refinement of advanced analytics engines and CRMs
• Technical set up, maintenance of the HCP portal and other digital platforms and assets ensuring integration and compatibility
• Technical support for digital projects and the digital team (optimisation UTM tagging, development of technical website components, testing etc.)
• Coordinate communication business units and Internal IT and vendors.
• Management of HCP Portal including optimisation of content and data collection
• Reporting and Data Analytics review to further develop existing dashboard
• Build on the work delivered regarding the design of meaningful reporting for omni-channel campaign and digital assets including the definition of relevant KPI/analytics and how these are consistently consulted to inform decision
• Digital Asset management and Digital Governance (IT Security)

• Extensive project management experience
• Has experience in maintaining and improving digital assets

• Proven experience in Life Science / Pharma industry an advantage

• Bachelor's or Masters' Degree in related field
• Has experience in managing complex projects
• Has experience with Omni-channel tools and tactics
• Ability to collaborate with key internal stakeholders
• Experience in Change Management
