My client provide temperature-controlled solutions to the global pharmaceutical and life science industries.

This is an exciting, role as a Customer Service Co-ordinator to join their team in Theale, UK in which you will work closely with the Customer Service and Finance teams.

This role will offer you

· Exposure to senior upper management working closely with sales and cross-functionally to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively

You will be responsible for

· Working closely with Customer Service and Finance teams to ensure all invoices received match PO’s

· Creating PO’s and updating orders where required

· Answering and diverting telephone calls

· Checking all hubs complete the Incoming Goods Inspection (IGI) process correctly, form complete, photos attached for non-conformances

· Managing and processing sales orders and invoicing

· Covering for Customer Service teams when on Annual Leave/Sick Leave

You will bring the following

· GCSE/equivalent

· Strong communication skills for customer service calls over the phone

· IT literacy in Outlook, Excel Word and PowerPoint (Microsoft 365 ideally), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
