Licensed Psychologist / Licensed Mental Health Professional (Neuropsychological Rater)
Harlem, NY (10029) | Full-time | $90,000 – $120,000
We are working with a leading clinical research site network specializing in late-phase psychiatry and neurology clinical trials. They are seeking a Licensed Psychologist or Licensed Mental Health Professional for a full-time, on-site position at their Harlem, NY location.
This role offers the opportunity to apply clinical expertise in psychiatry and neuropsychology to cutting-edge research studies while collaborating with a highly experienced multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
Neuropsychological Ratings & Assessments

Conduct psychiatric and neuropsychological interviews, assessments, and rating scales for clinical trial participants.

Support investigational medication studies in conditions such as major depressive disorder, Alzheimer’s disease, anxiety disorders, PTSD, schizophrenia, and substance use disorders.
Prescreening, Screening & Enrollment

Conduct diagnostic evaluations and eligibility assessments for psychiatry trials.

Collaborate with the clinical team to support recruitment and enrollment across multiple studies.
Collaboration & Strategy

Work alongside MDs, PhDs, LCSWs, and Clinical Research Coordinators to refine screening and enrollment strategies.

Contribute to participant recruitment planning and execution.
Requirements

Licensed to practice in a psychology-related field (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling) in New York State.

Advanced degree required (minimum Master’s; PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LMSW, or LMHC preferred).

Availability to work full-time, on-site (weekday schedule, with occasional evening hours).

Strong interest in clinical research and neuropsychological assessment.

Prior experience in clinical trials or neuropsychological assessment a plus (training provided).

Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
