Job description

BioTalent are teaming up with a global leader in pharmacovigilance solutions, providing innovative software and expert consulting services on their search for a Associate Director of Inside Sales based in London / Cambridge.

 

As an Associate Director for Inside Sales you will lead a dynamic Inside Sales team and oversee inside sales efforts, driving the team towards achieving sales targets, optimising strategies.

 

You will be responsible for:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Inside Sales Representatives, providing guidance, support
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth, optimise lead generation and conversion, and maximise sales performance
  • Set clear sales targets and KPIs, monitor performance metrics, conduct regular reviews, and provide constructive feedback
  • Work closely with the external sales team, marketing team, and other cross-functional teams to align sales efforts
  • Generate regular sales reports and analysis, including key metrics such as lead conversion rates, pipeline status, and sales performance
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects, participating in high-level sales meetings and negotiations

 

You will bring the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences
  • Proven track record of success in inside sales management within the pharmaceutical or healthcare software industry
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a high performing team
