I didn't fit the mould, so I made my own: How Elaine Montilla redefined belonging in tech

From the Dominican Republic to the tech C-suite

“All the things I once thought were problems became my superpowers — my accent, my curls, my background. They set me apart.”

Elaine turned those challenges into her leadership philosophy: lead with empathy, celebrate difference, and lift others as you rise.
