As a senior leader across tier-one organisations, including Merck KGaA and Lonza, Shiva has governed multi-site operations, managed full P&L accountability and directed global teams of up to 1,700 employees across different modalities. Shiva is currently SVP at Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany, responsible for Life Science CDMO services offered in small molecules, bioconjugation, viral and non-viral delivery solutions.
