Having worked in the healthcare industry for more than 30 years, David brings a wealth of experience and industry insight to the Board. Throughout his career, he has held leadership positions across the pharmaceutical, CRO, NHS and commercial research sectors, as well as within the UK regulatory environment. David is an experienced board chair, trustee and company director.
He is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, a Member of the Institute of Directors and a Member of the Institute of Clinical Research.
A strong advocate for developing people and building high-performing teams, David has extensive experience in talent acquisition, team building and organisational development across the UK, Europe and the US. Throughout his career, he has championed a focus on both potential and experience, placing individuals at the centre of their professional development and creating environments in which people can perform, develop and thrive.
