Carol Collins is a senior executive with over 30 years' experience in the global life sciences and healthcare sector, with a strong track record driving growth in CRO and pharma services, clinical development and commercialisation, digital health, technology and healthcare data.
Her CEO, C-suite and non-executive director experience brings deep knowledge of strategic, financial and commercial leadership, governance, fiduciary and regulatory oversight, as well as stakeholder and talent management.
She now advises private equity investors and venture-backed businesses on growth strategy, commercialisation, operational transformation and value creation. She currently holds strategic advisory roles with SONA, a neurotechnology start-up developing a wearable device for autonomic neuromodulation and management of chronic disease, and Verisian, a technology company commercialising AI-enabled clinical trial analytics and validation software for pharma and regulators.
Carol holds a PhD in biophysics, an MBA from London Business School and a Harvard Medical School certificate in AI in healthcare.
