BioTalent Advisory Board

[LONDON — 1 October 2026] BioTalent, the specialist life sciences talent consultancy and part of The IN Group, has launched an Advisory Board, bringing together senior leaders from across biotech, pharma services, MedTech and life sciences investment. 

The Board will advise BioTalent across its three product lines — BioTalent, BioX and Talent Science™ — on product direction, commercial positioning and go-to-market strategy, informed directly by buyer and industry perspective. It will also serve as a peer forum on the wider forces shaping talent in life sciences, from capital markets and M&A activity to regulatory shifts and the changing shape of the workforce. 

Members will meet three times a year, with the inaugural meeting held in Basel on 1 October 2026.
