​With a background in agency, executive, and in-house search, Christina joined BioTalent as one of the founding members of our US team where she built out our Data Science market in the East Coast biotech and pharma space. As a native New Englander, she now leads BioTalent's Boston-based East Coast team across all R&D functions, with a focus on high-growth cell and gene therapy companies. Christina loves getting to know a company's culture and ethos, and she enjoys helping them to scale across multiple verticals and teams.
