Charlie is a Team Leader at BioTalent and heads up our Process Controls and Automation team focusing on the US market. Charlie offers a wealth of niche specialist experience in supplying resources across the full automation pyramid to Biotech/Pharmaceutical companies.
Charlie joined BioTalent having previously built the US Process Controls & Automation desk at her last company, having successfully turned this into the highest performing team in Europe winning 'European rookie of the year' in 2021 and ' European manager of the year' in 2022.
