World Mental Health Day
Today we want to take the time to talk about the importance of self-love and raise awareness of mental health.
Simply checking up on one another and asking how someone is goes a long way – don’t let anyone suffer in silence. According to the Mental Health Foundation, every week 1 in 6 adults experiences a common mental health problem, such as anxiety or depression and 1 in 5 adults has considered taking their own life at some point.
